The five bridges are:


Bond- this is about community! We were designed for human connection no matter how introverted one may think they are. Finding a niche is important in terms of community by finding a close circle of people who deeply know you and can keep yo accountable. Feeling seen, known and love can be a huge foundation in an individual's emotional health.


Fuel-this is everything that goes in your body. What you eat, drink and supplement in your diet. The saying you are what you eat really is true when it comes to health so it is important to maintain a diet that works best for your health goals and needs. Eating adequately and eating enough are important in energy balance.


Move-exercising is so important! Moving your body has way more health benefits than just physical. Exercise increases blood flow, oxygen to the brain and sustains strong bones and muscles. Moving can also be the micro movements happening in our body all the time.


Rest- Sleep is the primary source of rest, but rest can include practices in your day for stillness and renewing your mind.


Give-The act of giving is included in the five bridges because it is our positive output. Healthy individuals have the energy and compassion to want to share their joy with others through the art of giving.

" I think what makes the 5 Bridges different from other organizations is their strengths. They take a holistic approach targeting all areas of health to help their clients understand their health journey isn't a one stop shop. However, by zooming out and looking at all areas of one's lifestyle, the most intentional results can be found.
